Picked up a $20k-30k car, made an inspection with pictures which indicates it would not be stolen. Does not respond on both phones, while getting reviews and tracking GPS somewhere close to pickup state. We had to report it to marketplace and insurance.
Company went online after 1 week of silence.
After a week they went online and explained that truck is broken and second truck can re-power it a bit later. Second truck delivered fine but delivery took 23 days and we had to pay $400 late fee because of their silence on the order with $50 net profit.
