When arrived at the address, my brand-new 2026 BMW 330 was sitting unattended in a parking lot. According to staff at that location, vehicles had been there for several days. The condition of my vehicle was unacceptable: • Extremely dirty and filthy • Strong odor inside • Oil drip stains on multiple exterior areas • Fuel tank completely empty (vehicle was shipped with approximately 1/4 tank) There was no concern, no accountability, and no professionalism shown when these issues were raised. No apology. No explanation. No attempt to resolve or acknowledge the situation appropriately.
