2 days late for pickup with two rescheduling every day.
It takes multiple texts and voice messages and email to get any response, we spent several hours doing all that. We lost $140.80 because of delay. Customer has a flight at the day of 3rd promised pickup date and none of us knows if 3 times will be the charm or not.
