Pickup day rescheduled last moment. Pickup was done without inspection and not marked as picked up in the Super Dispatch app despite agreeing to do inspection when booked. No BOL was emailed on time. Asking for BOL using phone.

Driver told customer delivery Friday, but car was dropped on a yard in San Bernardino and delivered Monday. Everything was legal and smooth except driver giving incorrect date.
