Last moment before pickup gave customer a new price claiming he did not see extra cargo in the dispatch sheet. In capital letters twice. Customer did not agree and carrier cancelled it last moment. We left negative review on Super Dispatch, carrier threatened to google-bomb us with bad reviews. We did not want to remove our review and they used some troll farm to write 27 one-star reviews in matter of minutes. We had to appeal to Google providing documentation about threats and timing of barrage of reviews and Google removed fake reviews because it was obvious what happened.
