I normally don’t review but I felt compelled to because everything went so smoothly from start to finish. Vlad was exceptionally professional in communicating with me every step of the way when I had questions. Car was transported in an enclosed trailer from MI to CA. I was more worried than usual as my new car was a bit pricier. The pickup included tons of pictures which put me at ease and also the carrier they used was very communicative as well, and even included GPS tracking data as they got close. I wouldn't hesitate to use CarHauler247 again in the future. The definitely put a good name to the car transport industry.

Landing Pad LLC (Carhauler247) provided awesome service. I had never shipped a car before and did not know what to expect. Being able to set your own price is so much less stressful than the bait and switch tactics I experienced with other brokers. Communication was easy and any questions were quickly answered via phone and text. The pictures provided at pickup and gps tracking kept me at ease with this unfamiliar process. My car was delivered safely by a reputable carrier that had a long history of positive reviews. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to trust landing pad LLC with my shipment.

After shopping around, speaking with multiple brokers and combing Reddit for weeks, Landing Pad/Car Hauler 247 is who I felt the most confident with to work with shipping two personal use vehicles from VA to TX. I’d never had to navigate shipping cars before. The Landing Pad website was super informative. They were available for questions throughout the process and provided valuable expertise (by phone call and text). They also had the absolute best pricing and got me the best value. This was my second time using Landing Pad / Car Hauler 247, and I’m very happy with their service. They helped transport my purchased car from an auction in Montclair, CA to Mountain View, CA. Very happy with the experience of using Landing Pad For finding Enclosed Auto Transport for my brand new sports car from the dealership to my home, which occurred smoothly without any issues and impeccable condition. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive to use a broker to ship a brand new Sports Car, however, the communication and service throughout as well as the transparency through the process, made the experience comfortable and increased my confidence in the process. I would recommend checking the individual carrier reviews and available pictures through review sites or social media, if available. I definitely took the time to do this as my car had lower clearance and wanted it shipped using proper techniques (hard enclosed, wheel/tire tie downs, lift gate or shallow ramp, direct transport, etc). The quoted price was very competitive, and most importantly very transparent and itemized, as the pricing is via bids from different carriers rather than a price listed by a broker without detailed breakdown. Would recommend This company for finding your auto carrier without reservation, five out of five stars!
