Vlad was exceptionally professional in communicating with me every step of the way when I had questions. Car was transported in an enclosed trailer from MI to CA. I was more worried than usual as my new car was a bit pricier. The pickup included tons of pictures which put me at ease and also the carrier they used was very communicative as well, and even included GPS tracking data as they got close. The auto transport industry is unfortunately full of bait-and-switch companies and overseas call centers that bombard you with phone calls, collect a deposit, and then either fail to deliver on their promises or demand significantly more money later. A friend of mine went through exactly that, so I was very cautious about choosing a company, especially those advertising suspiciously low rates. After doing a bit of research, I came across several positive discussions about CarHauler247 / Landing Pad LLC on Reddit. What really stood out to me was the consistency of their 5-star Google reviews, something I hadn't seen with any other broker. Even though their quote came in about $300-400 lower than what other reputed brokers were offering, I decided to give them a try. I wasn't in much of a rush, so I chose the "Industry Standard" option and set my budget slightly above the recommended amount. It took a few days, but I started receiving carrier offers and one carrier eventually matched the $800 price that I set. CarHauler247 only charged a $62 broker fee, and the remaining $800 was paid directly to the carrier upon delivery. My car was transported safely from Los Angeles to Seattle within the promised timeframe, with no surprises, hidden fees, or last-minute price increases. One thing I didn't realize when booking (I was a little too eager and didn't fully read the detailed explanations on their website!) was that the "Price & Dates Lock" option only cost a little more, would have had them manage the entire process from start to finish, and even provides compensation from their own pocket for late pickup and delivery. Even so, the Industry Standard option was all automated through their website and was incredibly easy to use; and there weren't any delays anyway for my particular route. I also appreciated that my deposit was refundable if I hadn't received any acceptable carrier offers and wanted to switch to the other option instead. Overall, the process was seamless, transparent, and exactly as advertised. I ended up saving the $300-400 compared to other brokers, as well as another $70 or so by choosing the Industry Standard option, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the same option again. They made shipping a car across the country far easier than spending several days driving it myself.

Great experience! Usually shipping cars is a headache with price increases, unforeseen delays etc - But this was as smooth of a transaction as I could have hoped for. The price I paid was the most competitive of all the quotes I received and communication both from the broker and dispatcher were excellent. My favorite part is that my car arrived EARLY and in perfect condition. Very happy with the whole process start to finish.
