Even so, the Industry Standard option was all automated through their website and was incredibly easy to use; and there weren't any delays anyway for my particular route. I also appreciated that my deposit was refundable if I hadn't received any acceptable carrier offers and wanted to switch to the other option instead. Overall, the process was seamless, transparent, and exactly as advertised. I ended up saving the $300-400 compared to other brokers, as well as another $70 or so by choosing the Industry Standard option, and I wouldn't hesitate to use the same option again. They made shipping a car across the country far easier than spending several days driving it myself.
